One helper will primarily visit your home, getting to know your family's preferences and needs. Weekly visits on the same weekday ensure personalized service. Since each of our helpers has a limited number of clients, the quality and safety of the service remain excellent. With weekly visits, your helper can do more than just the weekly cleaning. This way, our employee can also ensure that your home remains consistently clean and comfortable.

Our pricing is simple: you pay a per visit fee, and the total amount of your monthly invoice depends on how many visits have taken place during the month. The minimum weekly order is one half day visit every other week, but you get a lower hourly rate if you book a helper for a full day. You can book your slot for either the morning or afternoon, for a full day, or for several days a week.

Important facts

Tax credit for household expenses: You can claim the helper service as a household tax deduction. The tax authority confirms the amount of the household deduction each year.

The contract:

The service relationship starts with a fixed-term agreement of three months, which includes a 14-day trial period without a notice period.
After the fixed-term agreement, the service continues as an open-ended agreement.
The notice period for an open-ended agreement is one or two calendar months, depending on the chosen service package.

Our helpers are available on weekdays from 8am to 6pm

We operate in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen areas. If you would like a helper in another area, please contact us, and we can discuss the possibilities.
Our helpers travel by public transportation, so we aim to optimize the routes during the workday to make them as efficient as possible.
Working hours are determined according to the agreement.
You pay for helper visits based on a per-visit rate. No additional costs are added for travel, as long as the travel falls within the HSL ABC zones.
Visits can be canceled according to the agreed amount in the service package.
If helper falls ill, we will try to arrange a replacement. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

The helper adapts to the daily life of your home

Our helpers speak English and varying levels of Finnish. You can also receive service assistance from Curon in Finnish.
The helpers have work experience in child and elderly care, cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
You are responsible for familiarizing the helper with your household and guiding them in their work.
The helper uses the tools and equipment of your home, including cleaning equipment.
Weekend work or changes in shifts are agreed separately.

Curon as a responsible employer

Curon organises induction training on employment relationships and general job-related training.
Curon is responsible for the employee’s employment contract, salary, social security costs, occupational healthcare, insurance, vacation pay, and sick leave expenses.
Curon invoices the customer monthly. The payment term for invoices is 14 days net, and the late payment interest is in accordance with the Interest Act.
