We provide all new employees with a thorough introduction to Curon’s ways of working, practical work routines and Finnish working culture. Our support does not end after onboarding – we are also there to provide guidance and help with everyday situations at work.
Our employment terms follow the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector. Work shifts and working hours are planned and recorded systematically, and we make sure that salaries, allowances and other compensation are paid correctly and on time.
